Deepavali - Lights

Diwali Pics : Continued
Traditional Lamps giving way to the modern chinese ones. Though i would love to stick to traditional way to celebrate diwali, this particular lamp would be tough one to make using clay. Works on electricity with small bulbs instead of cotton to light up lamp :) ....sign of changing times..........

diya are actually joined together on a pedestal....and u have wire running inside each of them with a small bulb connected at end....attach to main ppower switch and u have it....
