Worshipping Sun..........

Photo taken at early hours at India Gate at the time of "Chhath" festival. Applied color focus using Picasa. Its most religiously celebrated festival in eastern states of Bihar and UP in India (probably the only festival for Sun God). You can read more about the festival here.

nice use of focal coloring... I like the fact that there's the slight orange.. just the yellow wouldn't have been as interesting...nice shot

hmmm two of ur fav colors.....well bias is showing.......but yeah i strictly like them only for pictures.....not among my favs :)

The selective saturation works quite well here. I don't know if it is because of the DOF or is it because of the dust in the air but the blurred background is a nice effect
