Symmetry in Blue

Pic taken at Fort St. George, Chennai. This is the Archaeological Society of India's Chennai office, which is situated inside the Fort in an Old Building. I like the British Architecture and the open window panes at the evening time out here. I have decided to post this pic in color but when i applied the Old Photography filter on it, it was coming out well, gels well with the age of the building. Your comments please..........

Me first! Yippee!!!
I love old buildings and even more so photographs of old buildings. In that vein, this one is gorgeous. I think the monochrome one is better.

Let me announce first, that the Me First maniac is extremely busy with college submissions, internship, and you know all-that-comes-along-with-it. So, well. No more Me-Firsts. *sulking*

Deepak Sir, the first one for me. I'm sick of this old-tone on old buildings. The first one is cool. Nice angle!

Wah, even SayanDi is doing Me First. *pats on his back to have influenced people* :D

1st snap is awesome...some how the second looks a little dull in comparison. Generally BnW has its own charm but dont know why the 2nd one, I think, doesnot come up that well!

Tell me where you find these filters. Do you use GIMP, PHOTOSHOP, PSP or PICASSA?

I only use poor old ACD See Photo Enhancer that has barely 4 or 5 basic colour controls. I use Vicman's photo editor once in a blue moon like in one of the photos at the rock garden in chandigarh, I used the magic want to select everything other than me and increased the saturation to maximum so that the colours burst out. It looked really good.
